How You Can Help with Live Delivery

To make sure your worms arrive alive and happy:

  • Let your mail carrier know that a live package is coming (usually Thursday of your shipping week).

  • Provide a shaded drop spot for the package if you won’t be home.

  • If something goes wrong, let the supplier know the same day worms arrive so we can make it right.
